The string dampener concept is part of the public domain, as the original United States patent that once protected this type of product expired many years ago. There is currently no legal exclusivity that prevents its manufacture or commercialization by third parties.
IBOX Musical is the legitimate and independent manufacturer of its products and holds all rights related to the design, trademark, finishing and visual identity of the DAMPER IBOX.
No company holds any legal right to:
- prevent the sale of IBOX products
- interfere with distributors, retailers or marketplaces
- request or demand the removal of IBOX products from any sales platform
IBOX Musical reaffirms its commitment to its distributors, business partners and end customers in more than 30 countries, ensuring that all sales of DAMPER IBOX products are fully lawful and legitimate.
We will continue to protect our partners against any attempt of improper or unlawful commercial interference.
